Of course I can't share my client's projects, so most of these will be about things that play themselves out in the news.

It wasn't the only, or even the biggest, fiasco of the 21st Century, but it was right out there for everyone to see.  Those on the inside saw this one coming a mile away; but they covered it up.

Windows 10 Migration

This one has about the same scope as the great Y2K transition.

• Launch day experience: another security hole, and several configurations you might want to check or replace. 

Bottom line: this project exceeded my wildest expectations.  The chutzpah of shoving a major OS upgrade down the throats of tens of millions of users is breath-taking, but Microsoft pulled it off! Very few difficulties at all.  Congratulations, Redmond people!
